Indoors Leg Workouts: Week 11

One of the things which I have realized from this week of working out is the simplicity of the muscles in our legs compared to the Arms. This allows for more simple workouts. Our legs are very important because we use them all of the time. When Working out your legs you will want to strengthen your legs sufficiently so that you can keep the stresses of landing. Proper strength building in your legs will help with lots of different types of potential injuries because the force which can result because parkour. Some of the most useful leg workouts for parkour are the ones which allow explosive strength building. It is important to have that explosiveness for all the moves parkour uses.
