More Water Challenge: One Month, 100 oz a day

It's winter here in Utah, and It's dry, My lips are always a little chapped and my skin is always a little dry. I consider myself a runner, I'm a bi-weekly runner, and so I sweat (That's every other week). I would consider myself dehydrated. Especially since I don't make much of any effort to drink water throughout the day, it's just here and there, whenever I get thirsty.

What's in the Challenge?

What is the hardest most challenging thing you have had to endure? I have been able to ask this question to many people around me recently. Many of the responses I have gotten have been surprising and also underwhelming.

I think I first started thinking about this topic while hiking a lot more in the mountains. One circumstance, in particular, I was on my way up Bells Canyon (which is just south of Little Cottonwood Canyon, in the Wasatch Mountains).

Lake2Lake 50. Going Far for the First Time 2019 [Video & Pictures]

Read my thoughts on the journey and get all the stories

I told my wife yesterday at dinner, it was odd to think, on Saturday, only a few days ago, I was literally on my feet for 12 hours running, and I had traveled from Utah Lake all the way to the Great Salt Lake in one go. Was I crazy to do this, maybe a little! But I learned a lot about the Journey, Myself and about Ultra Running.

Lone Peak: A Summer of Hiking [video & pictures]

This summer has been a summer of hiking the mountain known as Lone Peak. I hiked the mountain 3 times this summer, with the goal to summit it in under 2 hours. Each time I hiked it was tough, but worth the effort.

I had a blast at Utah's WeJumpTheWorldDay [with video]

The Utah Community got together for WeJumpTheWorldDay on April 29th, 2017. I tried to get some footage of most of the people I interacted with while at the Jam. It was a great day.
